The Dogs of Riga
It’s the winter of 1991 and a small life raft with two dead bodies floats onto a beach outside Ystad. The dead men are found to be criminals and seem to have been killed in a gangster war, but Inspector Wallander’s investigation leads him to believe that something more serious lies behind the crime. He travels to Riga, Latvia, and finds himself in the middle of lies and threats. Only his firm determination to find the truth keeps him going and what he finds is more than unexpected.
The second book in the Kurt Wallander series.
