The Templar Knight
Arn Magnusson (born in 1150), now part of the Crusader Army, has reached the Holy Land and become deeply involved in the battles and politics of the Crusade. He becomes the commander of the Templar fort at Gaza, and is given a lot of responsibilities, but in his heart he is longing to go back to Sweden and reunite with Cecelia, his fiancée.
This is the second book in the “Crusades trilogy”, which tells the story of the fictional character Arn Magnusson.
Jan Guillou (born in 1944) is a writer and journalist who published his first book in 1971. Since then almost 50 books have followed. Among them are a series of spy fiction novels with the main character Carl Hamilton and one with historical fiction novels featuring Arn Magnussson, a Swedish Knight Templar.
