This is the first novel in the author’s planned quartet of books taking place on the Swedish island of Öland. The books are crime novels and sometimes there’s a supernatural touch involved.
It was voted Best First Mystery Novel by the authors and critics of the Swedish Crime Writers' Academy in 2007.
